Round robin / one shot samples aside, how does the sound/sample library of Maschine compare with AD2. As a beginner, I have the dynamic ability of my pads turned off in AD2 (velocity curve set to maximum with any velocity).

If you turn off the velocity in Addictive Drums you can get pretty close to some of the Maschine Factory sounds. The thing with maschine is that it’s really based on that tradition of sampling. So you dont just get drum hits, but also stuff like samples of an old big band recording and stuff like that.
