I followed the tutorial in this video:

yet, after full setup weird things happened. If I push pad layout in software, everything sound as expected (except sticks F#4). If I push buttons on MK3 completely different sounds trigger, eg Ride instead of kick.
Any ideas?
What software drum vst are you using?
AD2, tried to replicate literally same things you did
Maybe you’re in a different pad bank inside the maschine controller. So you’re seeing pad bank A in your software and your controller is still on pad bank B. Something like that.
F#4 (sticks) do not produce sound. Maybe that can be a clue what could I try next?
At this point I’m at a loss… no idea whats going on.
