Maschine Mikro MK3 Pad Issues

Hey All,

I got my Maschine Mikro MK3 about two months ago and have been loving it….until recently, when one of my pads has been acting up. Pad 11 (the right closed hit hat) seems to fail to trigger every now and then and sometimes just gets “stuck”. Makes it hard to keep a tight groove when hits are unexpectedly missing.

So far in the controller editor I’ve tried messing with controller sensitivity and made sure the Press setting is turned off.

I saw on some other posts, that others have had similar issues. Is this just a hardware thing and I should try to get a new unit?

This does seem like a broken unit then! One pad acting weird is a clear problem that cannot be fixed by changing settings. Sorry to hear you’re having problems, but you probably will get a good one when they swap it out.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking as well so thanks for the confirmation. Native Instruments covers it under warranty so it sounds like I should have a new one coming soon.
