Hello there! I’ve been having an issue with my 2 months old Maschine Mikro MK3. When I hit certain pad, the one next to it glows and sounds slightly as if it had been hit (although it hasn’t). I’d like to know if it could be a hardware issue or else a software issue and how could it be solved if it’s happened to anyone else. Thanks very much in advance for the help!
Hey, to my knowledge the “ghost” triggering filtering is very effective on Maschine mk3 units. If you have a particularly sensitive device, you could try and reduce the sensitivity with Controller Editor (so not Maschine software, for midi mode you need Controller Editor). If you reduce sensitivity but your soft hits still register properly, you might have just fixed your issue.
Then there is another possible reason. If the surface you place your unit on gives weird vibrations, or is bouncy or something. You could try on a different table, or on the floor etc. to see if the double triggers still happen.
