Hi all,
A tip I just discovered about my Akai MPD226.
It works so much better if you turn on poly aftertouch for each pad!
Chokes work with addictive drums on the cymbals and ride.
Possibly slightly less multiple note triggers (though I have only tested this by ear… not midi recording)
