I am wondering if you have any courses that translate well to the Yamaha fgdp? Thx!
Basically all of them do, because the Kick, Snare, Hit, Open Hi Hat setup is exactly the same.
In the beginner course I have a picture of how to alter some of the pad sounds so you are 90% compatible.
The point where it gets tricky is the toms. This requires a different approach where you do not play the hi hat and toms at the same time, and use a different finger for each tom.

Turn off the top down diagrams and simply read the left-to-right diagrams, which are kit piece based.

Don’t try to play hi hats and toms at the same time but play toms by themselves when playing a fill.
