I just received my new FGDP-50 and find the manual terrible.
How can I set up two pads, so that when I press one down it changes the pitch of the other pad voice? Like how it is in the Africa preset.
I’ve seen this feature and have not figured out how to apply it to other kits… It must be hidden somewhere. Does @Fannon know maybe?
Which pads trigger this in the Africa Preset? I haven’t noticed this feature.
Just did a bit of menu diving. I think I found it, but don’t have time to verify:
Kit → PadEdit → ATFunc (After Touch Function) → Function
Now set Function to Tuning. Navigate with arrows (>) to Setting, hit ENTER.
Now navigate with Arrows which target should be tuned. It starts with Voice which I assume is the own pads Voice. The other options are a bit Weird: Kit tunes the whole kit (this works), but then there’s only Drum, Bass and Other1-4. I assume Africa kit used those Other slots?
